Konsortialpartnern und dem Management, klare Kommunikation ist dein Erfolgsrezept. * Steuerung & Controlling: Du hältst alle organisatorischen Fäden in der Hand, Termine, Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und reagierst proaktiv auf Abweichungen. * Zielerreichung: Du verantwortest das Erreichen der vereinbarten technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Ziele und sorgst dafür, dass die Kundenzufriedenheit stimmt.Deine Qualifikation * Fundierte technische Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Lehre, HTL, FH oder Uni in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik. * Solide Berufserfahrung: Einschlägige praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (bevorzugt im Anlagenbau), idealerweise bereits im Bereich Mittel- und Niederspannung. * Technisches Know-how: Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungs- und/oder Schutztechnik - du sprichst die technische Sprache fließend. * Kommunikations- & Führungsstärke: Du kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich vermitteln, führst dein Team mit Augenhöhe und verhandelst sicher mit Stakeholdern (+ sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse). * Eigenverantwortung & Flexibilität: Du hast eine lösungsorientierte Mentalität, packst an, wo es nötig ist, und bist bereit für nationale und internationale Reisetätigkeit.Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Wochenstunden, Gleitzeit, Kernzeit: Montag bis Freitag 09.00-13.00 UhrDeine PerspektiveJe nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens EUR 4.200,- vorgesehen (dieses übersteigt jedenfalls das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt).
