Shape the future of recycling - In this exciting role, you will drive the development and industrialization of innovative physical recycling technologies. From scaling pilot concepts to identifying future plant locations, you will play a key role in transforming ideas into operational reality and helping ALPLA advance the circular economy.

º Support the implementation and continuous improvement of solvent based recycling technologies

º Execute and coordinate technical work packages within industrialization projects

º Collaborate with technology partners, suppliers and engineering teams to advance recycling solutions

º Collect, analyze and document technical data and project results to support decision-making

º Assist in planning and executing of pilot activities

º Support the evaluation of equipment, technologies and potential plant locations

º Coordinate project-related activities across internal departments and external stakeholders

º Contribute to the successful delivery of recycling projects through hands-on technical involvement

What makes you great

* Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline

* Experience in project management within industrial, chemical or process-related environments

* Experience in chemical plant engineering, process development or industrial scale-up is considered a strong advantage

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset

* Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive complex projects to successful completion

* Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage

* High willingness to travel within Europe

* Passion for sustainability, innovation and shaping the future of recycling
