Deine Mission bei uns:

Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, arbeitest strukturiert und möchtest Verantwortung in einem modernen, regulierten Umfeld übernehmen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Qualitätsmanager:in stellst du sicher, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards nicht nur eingehalten, sondern kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

* Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems

* Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von internen sowie externen Audits und Zertifizierungen

* Überwachung, Analyse und Optimierung von Qualitätsstandards und Prozessen

* Auswertung von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Betreuung des Reklamations-, Risiko- und Maßnahmenmanagements (CAPA)

* Schulung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden in qualitätsrelevanten Themen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen und regulatorischer Anforderungen

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 13485, idealerweise ergänzt durch weitere Qualitätsnormen

* Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits

* Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eigenverantwortliches Handeln

* Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
