Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Steyr/Oberösterreich entwickelt und produziert unterschiedlichste Dekorelemente für das Automobilinterieur und -exterieur für den globalen Markt. Die siebbedruckten und thermoplastisch verformten Designfolien zählen bei den namhaften Automobilkonzernen zur Benchmark hinsichtlich Design und Qualität. Innovationsgeist und die Entwicklung einzigartiger Oberflächenanmutungen zeichnen uns ebenso aus wie Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein. Einzigartig ist unsere Fähigkeit den gesamten Produkt-Entwicklungsprozess von der ersten Skizze bis zum fertigen Bauteil im eigenen Haus begleiten und steuern zu können.

Aktuell suchen wir: 1 Qualitätsplaner(m/w/d) Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten mit unseren Kund_innen sowie bei der Umsetzung von APQP-Grundsätzen im Unternehmen, der Erstbemusterung, der 8D-Reklamationsbearbeitung und Problemlösung mit Kund_innen sowie der FMEA-Moderation

* Mitarbeit bei Machbarkeitsanalysen und Prozessfähigkeitsstudien

* Schnittstelle zwischen Serienproduktion und Kund_innen

* Durchführung interner Audits (System-, Prozess- und Produktaudits)

* Mitarbeit bei internen Problemanalysen

* Durchführung von Messsystemanalysen (MSA)

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH etc.) bzw. adäquate Berufserfahrung als Qualitätstechniker_in

* Erfahrung mit Werkzeugen und Methoden des Qualitätsmanagements

* Berufserfahrung im Automotive-Qualitätsmanagement

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Adäquate Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)

* Persönliches Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Zielstrebige Persönlichkeit, die sich durch Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und genaues Arbeiten auszeichnet

* Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung sowie zu Schulungen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement

Entlohnung:

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sind wir verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Dieses beträgt € 2.339,56 brutto pro Monat bei 38,5 Wochenstunden.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt darüber und ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
