In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Verantwortung im Qualitätsmanagement, von der Kundenanforderung bis zur Wertstromoptimierung.

Sie entscheiden selbst, wann Sie arbeiten, und haben die Möglichkeit auf Mobile Work.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 40 Stunden/Woche, Gleitzeit von 06:00 bis 19:00 Uhr ohne Kernzeit; Anwesenheit im Büro an 4 Tagen pro Woche erforderlich, Mobile Work möglich

Vergütung: für Berufseinsteiger_innen bis zu € 3.700 brutto/Monat, für erfahrene Führungskräfte bis zu € 100.000 brutto/Jahr zuzüglich Prämie

Ihre Aufgaben

* Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden

* Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen sowie Reporting und Audit-Präsentationen

* Moderation von Problemlösungsprozessen und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen

* Steuerung der Qualitätssicherung und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen (8D-Methode)

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Kundenqualität

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Sachbearbeiter-Profil statt reiner Produktionserfahrung, z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau (Schwerpunkt auf Kundenkontakt, Fehlereingrenzung und Schnittstellenarbeit)

* 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Führung sowie in der Qualitätssicherung

* Praktische Erfahrung und tägliche Anwenderkenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, z. B. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 17025

* Kenntnisse in gängigen Qualitätsmethoden, z. B. FMEA, 8D-Report, SPC, Six Sigma

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Von Vorteil: Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie
