Dienstort: Leoben

Aufgabenbereich:

* Gestaltung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses (Erstellung der Inserate, Durchsicht der Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie die aktive Ansprache von potenziellen Mitarbeitern)

* Führen der Vorstellungsgespräche (telefonisch und/oder persönlich)

* Identifizierung und Nutzung von geeigneten Recruiting-Kanälen

* Teilnahme an Jobmessen

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Gespür für Menschen und Sprache

* Souveränes Auftreten, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Strukturierte sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Freude am Telefonieren
