Wir sind eine etablierte Rechtsanwaltskanzlei im Zentrum von Feldkirch und betreuen Privatpersonen sowie Unternehmen in unterschiedlichen Rechtsgebieten. Kompetenz, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion prägen unsere tägliche Arbeit.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Rechtsanwaltskanzleiassistentin (m/w/d) Sie arbeiten gerne organisiert, kommunizieren freundlich mit Menschen und legen Wert auf Genauigkeit sowie Verlässlichkeit? Dann werden Sie Teil unserer etablierten Rechtsanwaltskanzlei im Herzen von Feldkirch.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten und organisatorische Unterstützung des Kanzleibetriebes

* Schreibarbeiten, insbesondere die Übertragung von Diktaten

* Professioneller Telefondienst

* Empfang und Betreuung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten

* Unterstützung der Rechtsanwälte im administrativen Bereich

* Bei Interesse Möglichkeit zur Weiterbildung und schrittweisen Erweiterung des Tätigkeitsbereiches

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre als Rechtskanzleiassistent_in, Bürokauffrau/-mann, Verwaltungsassistent_in oder entsprechende schulische Ausbildung im Büro- bzw. Verwaltungsbereich)

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Rechtschreibkenntnisse zur Bearbeitung von Schriftstücken, Übertragung von Diktaten sowie für den telefonischen und persönlichen Kontakt mit Klientinnen und Klienten.

* Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Word und MS Excel

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Verlässlichkeit und absolute Verschwiegenheit

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten sowie höflicher Umgang mit Klienten, sowohl persönlich als auch telefonisch

Entlohnung

Der Entgelt-Mindestsatz beträgt gemäß § 10 des Kollektivvertrages brutto EUR 2.065,00 im ersten Berufsjahr (ansteigend nach Berufsjahren), 14-mal jährlich. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung selbstverständlich möglich. Das tatsächliche Entgelt wird individuell vereinbart.
