Gesucht wird eine engagierte Unterstützung für ein erfahrenes Team, mit dem Ziel einer verkürzten Lehrausbildung zu_r/m 1 Reinigungstechniker_in über den 2. Bildungsweg Du hast die Pflichtschule abgeschlossen und suchst einen Beruf, bei dem du sichtbare Ergebnisse deiner Arbeit siehst, Eigenverantwortung übernehmen kannst und am Ende des Tages weißt, was du geleistet hast?

Wie du moderne Reinigungstechniken anwendest, Maschinen und Geräte fachgerecht bedienst, Materialien und Oberflächen richtig behandelst und hygienische Standards sicher einhältst.

Und das Beste: Als ausgebildete_r Reinigungstechniker_in bist du gefragte Fachkraft - mit guten Verdienstmöglichkeiten, sicheren Zukunftsaussichten und einem Beruf, in dem du Ruhe, Struktur und Ordnung mit deiner Arbeit schaffst.

Profil:

* Positiver Pflichtschulabschluss

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)

* Zuverlässige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hygienebewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl

* Interesse an Technik, Reinigungsverfahren und nachhaltigen Lösungen

Tätigkeiten:

* Reinigung und Pflege unterschiedlicher Oberflächen und Räume

* Einsatz moderner Reinigungsmaschinen und Geräte

* Kontrolle der Reinigungsqualität und Hygienestandards

* Anwendung umweltfreundlicher Reinigungsverfahren

* Durchführung von Grund- und Sonderreinigungen

* Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Umweltrichtlinien

So läuft's mit AQUA: Die Ausbildung erfolgt am 2. Bildungsweg - mit viel Praxis im Betrieb und Theorie in der Berufsschule. Die Lehrzeit ist auf die Hälfte verkürzt, das Einkommen kommt über das AMS plus Ausbildungszuschuss. Die Ausbildungskosten übernimmt das Unternehmen.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende. Mindestentgelt nach Beendigung der AQUA nach Kollektivvertrag: ca. 2.600 € brutto, pro Monat.
