Für unseren innovativen Kundenbetrieb, ein Traditionsunternehmen im Bezirk Vöcklabruck, suchen wir ab sofort 1 Reklamationsmanager:in / Qualitätstechniker:in Automotive Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Analyse von Kundenreklamationen

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von 8D-Reports

* Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Einleitung geeigneter Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen der Kunden unter Berücksichtigung von IATF 16949 und ISO 9001

* Durchführung besonderer Qualitätsprüfungen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort

* Bearbeitung und Pflege kundenspezifischer Qualitätsportale

* Berücksichtigung und Umsetzung der jeweiligen Kundennormen und Qualitätsanforderungen

* Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Produkt-, Prozess- und Kundenaudits

* Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Prüfvorschriften, Qualitätssicherungsplänen und QM-Dokumentationen aufgrund von Kundenreklamationen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, Teamleitern und Kunden

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung auf mindestens HTL-Niveau, vorzugsweise FH oder Universität

* Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement innerhalb der Automotive-Industrie sowie im direkten Kundenkontakt

* Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden wie 8D, Ishikawa und 5-Why

* Kenntnisse der Qualitätsstandards IATF 16949 und ISO 9001:2015

* Ausbildung zum Automotive-Auditor bzw. Prozessauditor nach VDA 6.3 von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Kunststoff-Spritzguss von Vorteil

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft

* Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Eigeninitiative und Hartnäckigkeit bei der nachhaltigen Lösung von Qualitätsproblemen

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke

* Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
