* Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Reservierung, an der Rezeption oder in einer ähnlichen Position gesammelt.

* Du bist eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und liebst den Austausch mit Menschen.

* Ein gepflegtes Äußeres, höfliche Umgangsformen und eine positive Ausstrahlung gehören für dich dazu.

* Gästezufriedenheit liegt dir am Herzen - 100 % sind dein Ziel.

* Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

* Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist ebenfalls Teil deines Profils.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste und Reisebüros - Kommunikation Englisch und Deutsch

* Du nimmst telefonische Reservierungsanfragen entgegen und berätst unsere Gäste mit Freude und Expertise.

* Du erstellst Angebote, verwaltest Reservierungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung.

* Auch Zahlungen und administrative Aufgaben fallen in deinen Bereich.

Das bieten wir dir:

* Eine 5-Tage-Woche (40 Stunden) in einer sicheren Jahresanstellung.

* Fixe Arbeitszeiten zwischen 08:00 und 18:00 Uhr.

* Die Möglichkeit, nach Absprache auch im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

* Ein Gehalt ab € 2.140,00 brutto/Monat - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach deiner Ausbildung und Erfahrung.
