Das Familienunternehmen Grossauer ist mit derzeit 20 Betrieben und mehreren Prämierungen ein fixer Bestandteil der österreichischen Gastronomieszene. Diese Leidenschaft, das Wissen und die Erfahrung möchten wir gerne in unseren verschiedenen Restaurants weitergeben.

Mit Grossauer Homes gehen wir einen Schritt weiter: 40 Zimmer und Apartments an 5 Standorten in Graz und Übelbach, in denen sich unsere Gäste zuhause fühlen.

Dafür suchen wir ab sofort 1 Resident Manager:in bei Grossauer Homes Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eigenständig, bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und kümmerst dich selbst um alles, was in den Homes anfällt.

* Operative Leitung der Grossauer Homes

* Überblick über Revenue-Management-Strategie sowie Verwaltung aller Buchungsplattformen und der Webpage

* Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für alle eingehenden Buchungen und Gäste

* Effiziente und kundenorientierte Verwaltung von Reservierungen und Angeboten

* Verantwortung für die Einteilung von Front Office, Housekeeping und Technik

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Holding-Geschäftsführung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Controlling und HR

* Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Auslastungs- und Umsatzberichte sowie Steuerung des Auslastungsmanagements

Unsere Anforderungen

* Fundierte Ausbildung im Hotelbereich

* Rezeptions-, Reservierungs- & Basis-Revenue Management Erfahrung

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Führungsqualitäten & Organisationstalent

* Teamgeist & Flexibilität

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)

* Hands-on Mentalität
