Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Restaurantleiter:in / Serviceleiter:in (m/w/d) für das Kurhotel in Strobl 1 Restaurantleiter_in/Serviceleiter_in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Führung und Organisation des gesamten Servicebereichs

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Servicemitarbeiter

* Erstellung und Koordination der Dienst- und Einsatzpläne

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Frühstücks-, Mittags- und Abendservices

* Einteilung und Koordination der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe

* Betreuung unserer Gäste und professioneller Umgang mit Wünschen und Reklamationen

* Vorbereitung und Organisation des Restaurant- und Buffetbereichs

* Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Hotelleitung

* Einschulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter

* Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts-, Service- und Hygienestandards

* Kontrolle von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild des Restaurantbereichs

* Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Sonderveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service, idealerweise bereits in einer leitenden Position

* Freude an der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeitern

* Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Gäste- und Serviceorientierung

* Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse
