Aufgaben:

* Check-in und Check-out

* An- und Abreisekontrollen mit Zimmervergabe

* Rechnungslegung und Depositverwaltung

* Unterstützung der Reservierungsabteilung

* Betreuung der Hotelgäste während des Aufenthalts

* Annahme von Zimmerreservierungen

* Weitergabe von Informationen und Anfragen an die betreffenden Abteilungen

* Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen im möglichen Rahmen

* Erfüllung und Einhaltung der Servicestandards

Anforderungsprofil:

Freundlicher und professioneller Service

Eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamorientierung

Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift ein Muss sowie eine weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
