1 Ärztliche Leitung PSD Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie Tullnerfeld (m/w/d) 25 bis 37 Stunden / WocheIn dieser verantwortungsvollen Position verbinden Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unseres Angebotes mit aktiver klinischer Tätigkeit. Die direkte Mitarbeit in der Patient*innenversorgung ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil dieser Funktion und bildet die Grundlage für eine praxisnahe und teamorientierte Führung. Der PSD KJ und das multidisziplinäre Team wird dual gemeinsam mit einer Sozialarbeiterin geleitet.Aufgabenbereiche * fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des PSD für Kinder und Jugendliche sowie Verantwortung für die medizinisch-psychiatrische Versorgung * aktive Mitarbeit in der ambulanten Diagnostik, Beratung und Behandlung von Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie Beratung von Bezugspersonen * Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen und patient*innenzentrierten Versorgung * klinische Verantwortung für komplexe Fragestellungen sowie strukturierte Einschätzung von Krisensituationen, Suizidalität und Fremdgefährdung in enger Abstimmung mit der psychosozialen Leitung * Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Versorgungsangebotes gemeinsam mit der dualen Leitung sowie fachlicher Prozesse * Führung des multiprofessionellen Teams und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (Dokumentation, Berichtswesen, Datenschutz)Anforderungsprofil * abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und Psychotherapeutische Medizin * Interesse an der extramuralen Versorgung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit psychischen Erkrankungen * mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, Führungserfahrung von Vorteil * sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse * Freude an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten und fachlicher Gestaltung * ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit * hohe Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungssicherheit und Konfliktlösungskompetenz * Empathie und Wertschätzung im Umgang mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und ihren BezugssystemenWir bieten * eine auf langfristige Mitarbeit ausgerichtete spannende Tätigkeit in einem innovativen Unternehmen der Sozialwirtschaft * ein abwechslungsreiches und zukunftsorientiertes Aufgabenfeld, in dem Sie Ihre Stärken einbringen können mit Raum zur Mitgestaltung * Mitarbeit in einem engagierten, multiprofessionellen Team * attraktive Rahmenbedingungen, wie z.B.: Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung, JobRad-Leasing inklusive privater Nutzung, Supervision, Möglichkeiten zur Fortbildung sowie Vorteilsplattform für Mitarbeiter*innen * einen zusätzlichen Urlaubstag ab dem ersten Dienstjahr und drei zusätzlich freie Tage im Jahr (15.11./24.12./31.12.) * ein vereinbarungsfreundliches Arbeitsumfeld mit Lebensphasenorientierung * Bezahlung nach SWÖ-KV.
