Spannende Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Servicierung von Inkassofällen

* Abwicklung von Mahn- und Exekutionsverfahren

* Laufende Korrespondenz mit Rechtsanwält:innen, Inkassodienstleistern, Masseverwalter:innen und Gerichten

* Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit Kunden

* Klärung offener Forderungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung

* Mitarbeit bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

* Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Fallbearbeitung

* Flexibilität durch die Möglichkeit, mobil zu arbeiten (abhängig vom Kundenunternehmen)

Passende Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Forderungsmanagement, Rechnungswesen oder einem vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Bereich von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein professionelles Auftreten

* Teamorientierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Persönlichkeit
