Du bist kommunikativ, arbeitest gerne strukturiert und hast Freude daran, in einem Service Team zu arbeiten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Als Sachbearbeiter_in im After Sales Service bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Vertrieb, dem Service und weiteren internen Abteilungen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

* Bearbeitung von Service- und Kundenanfragen (national und international) per E-Mail und Telefon

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten, Aufträgen

* Unterstützende Koordination von Reparaturen, Wartungen und Serviceeinsätzen

* Disponieren & Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Abwicklung

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität durch die Pflege von Kunden-, Service und Auftragsstammdaten im ERP-/CRM-System

* Selbstständige Bearbeitung administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben im After-Sales-Bereich

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für die Geschäftsführung

Du bringst mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HAK, HAS oder vergleichbar)

* Berufserfahrung im Innendienst / Auftragsabwicklung / Kundenservice von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kunden und Serviceorientierung

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystemen z.B. BMD von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
