Das Aufgabengebiet

* Sie arbeiten im Parteienverkehr und im Backoffice und führen Geburtsbeurkundungen inkl. Vaterschaftsanerkennungen und gemeinsame Obsorge durch

* Sie erfassen und beurkunden im Zentralen Personenstandsregister (ZPR)

* Sie stellen Personenstandsurkunden aus

* Sie erteilen persönliche, schriftliche und telefonische Auskünfte

* Sie erfassen Personenstandsfälle im ZPR nach

* Sie tragen ausländische Personenstandsfälle im ZPR ein

* Sie schreiben Gebühren vor und kontrollieren den Zahlungsverkehr

* Sie bearbeiten den zwischenstaatlichen Austausch von Matrikenmeldungen

* Sie nehmen am Trauungsdienst teil (inkl. Durchführung von Trauungen an Samstagen)

Ihr Profil

* Reifeprüfung oder LAP/Fachschulabschluss + 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* EDV-Kenntnisse (insbes. MS-Office)

* Führerschein B

* Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Überstunden im Zuge des Trauungsdienstes

* Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Standesbeamtenkurs + ehestmögliche Ablegung der Standesbeamtenprüfung

* fundierte Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* freundliches, hilfsbereites Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Flexibilität und hohe Belastbarkeit (Stressresistenz)

* korrektes und präzises Arbeiten

* problemlösungsorientiertes Denken und engagiertes Handeln
