Sie organisieren gerne, behalten auch bei mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick und fühlen sich im internationalen Vertriebsumfeld wohl? Dann werden Sie Teil von ALPLAinject. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir innovative und nachhaltige Verpackungslösungen für Kunden auf der ganzen Welt. Als Sales Assistant unterstützen Sie unsere Key Account Manager im Tagesgeschäft, koordinieren wichtige Vertriebsprozesse und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Betreuung unserer internationalen Kunden.

* Unterstützung unserer Key Account Manager im Vertriebsinnendienst

* Vorbereitung von Kalkulationen sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung von Preislisten

* Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

* Aufbereitung vertriebsrelevanter Informationen und Erstellung von Präsentationen

* Ansprechpartner für kommerzielle Themen im Austausch mit unseren internationalen Standorten

* Betreuung von Kundenanfragen auf globaler Ebene

* Unterstützung sowie eigenständige Abwicklung definierter Vertriebs- und Kundenprojekte

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und internationalen Teams

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Support oder in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil

* Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen sowie eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und soziale Kompetenz
