Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Müllendorf 1 Schichtleiter_in im durchlaufenden Schichtbetrieb

Tätigkeitsbereich:

· Sie leiten, koordinieren und führen die Mitarbeiter Ihrer Schichtgruppe im durchlaufenden Schichtbetrieb.

· Sie teilen die Mitarbeiter entsprechend der Produktionsanforderungen ein und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf innerhalb der Schicht.

· Sie stellen die Einhaltung der Produktqualität sicher und überwachen laufend die Qualitätsstandards.

· Sie setzen die Produktionsplanung mengen- und termingerecht um.

· Sie kontrollieren laufend die Produktionsanlagen und unterstützen bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen.

· Sie achten auf die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Produktionsvorgaben.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

· Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industrieschlosser oder Industrieelektriker.

· Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld mit.· Sie besitzen einen gültigen Staplerschein.

· Sie arbeiten technisch versiert und haben Verständnis für Produktionsanlagen und Abläufe.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

· Sie überzeugen mit guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und arbeiten gerne im Team.

· Sie bringen Lernbereitschaft mit und eignen sich neue Abläufe und Prozesse rasch an.

· Sie behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und arbeiten belastbar sowie lösungsorientiert.

· Sie handeln verantwortungsbewusst und achten auf die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.

· Sie verfügen über Führerschein & PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsplatzes.
