* Automatisierungsanlagen

* Steuern und Überwachen der Produktions- und Fertigungsprozesse

* Vorbereiten, Einrichten und Rüsten der Produktionsanlagen für die Serienfertigung

* Durchführen von Reparatur- und Montagearbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen

* Durchführen von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Sicherstellen und Überwachen der Produktqualität

* Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen im Produktionsablauf

* Schrittweise Übernahme der Verantwortung für die jeweiligen Produktionsschichten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Metall- oder Elektrobereich, idealerweise als Schlosser_in oder Elektriker_in

* Eine Meisterausbildung ist von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, Instandhaltung oder im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau wünschenswert

* Erfahrung im Betonbereich oder in der Herstellung von Betonwaren

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Dreischichtbetrieb

* Leidenschaft für Technik und Begeisterung für unsere Produkte
