Die Abteilung Kirchenmusik sucht ab dem Schuljahr 2027/2028 für das Konservatorium für Kirchenmusik der Diözese St. Pölten (SKZ 302510) eine_n 1 Schulleiter_in IHRE AUFGABEN

* Pädagogische und organisatorische Leitung der Schule entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorgaben

* Strategische Schul- und Personalentwicklung

* Konstruktive, lösungsorientierte und wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schulerhalter, der Bildungsdirektion Niederösterreich und allen Schulpartnern

* Kooperation mit anderen Bildungsinstitutionen und außerschulischen Einrichtungen

IHR PROFIL

* Aktives Mitglied der katholischen Kirche & Identifikation mit dem katholischen Glauben

* Vorliegen einer mindestens fünfjährigen erfolgreichen Lehrpraxis an Schulen im Sinne des § 207e Abs. 2 Z 2 BDG 1979

* (Künftige) Absolvierung des Hochschullehrgangs "Schulen professionell führen" oder inhaltlich gleichwertige Ausbildung

* (kirchen-)musikalische Ausbildung

* Innovationsfreude, administrative Fähigkeiten und Kompetenz zur erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung des Konservatoriums

Anstellungsausmaß: 16 Werteinheiten als Schulleitung

Übernahme weiterer Werteinheiten im Konservatorium für eine Vollanstellung erwünscht

Beginn: 01. September 2027

Entlohnung: € 3.296,80 14x p.m. brutto mindestens nach dem Gehaltsschema der Bildungsdirektion und

eine Leitungszulage
