Wir freuen uns auf ein neues Teammitglied (m/w/d) im Bereich 1 Senior Controlling Arbeitsort Wöllersdorf Vollzeit Ab sofort

YOUR MISSION

Du unterstützt unser Controlling-Team bei der kaufmännischen Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gesellschaften und sorgst für verlässliche Zahlen und aussagekräftige Auswertungen.

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der eigenständigen Erstellung von Reports, Budgets und Forecasts sowie der Analyse wirtschaftlicher Entwicklungen.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Fachbereichen und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften zusammen und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Prozesse und Instrumente ein.

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Durchführung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie operatives Reporting für unsere internationalen Gesellschaften

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Budgetierung und eigenständige Erstellung unterjähriger Forecasts

* Erstellung und Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen und Kennzahlen

* Eigenständige kaufmännische Betreuung definierter Fachbereiche

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling-Instrumenten und kaufmännischen Prozessen

* Ansprechperson für interne Fachbereiche, internationale Tochtergesellschaften und das Konzerncontrolling

* Mitarbeit an abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern

Das bringst du mit

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling (FH oder Universität)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Rechnungswesen

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, sowie SAP-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit BI-Tools von Vorteil

* Gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft von rund 5-10 %
