Wir entwickeln und realisieren innovative Präventionsprojekte, Medienformate, interaktive Workshops und Bildungsinitiativen im schulischen wie außerschulischen Bereich.Ein zentrales Hauptprojekt unseres Vereins sind die ... 1 Senior Disposition & Einsatzplanung (m/w/d) Der Verein VsUM führt als Trägerverein verschiedene bundesweite Bildungs- und Präventionsprojekte durch - darunter unter anderem die bekannten mental health days zur Stärkung der psychischen Gesundheit von Jugendlichen an Schulen. Zur reibungslosen operativen Steuerung und Koordination aller unserer Vereinsprojekte suchen wir für unsere Zentrale im 9. Wiener Gemeindebezirk eine erfahrene und verlässliche Persönlichkeit für die projektübergreifende Einsatzplanung.Eckdaten zur Stelle * Arbeitsort: 1090 Wien * Wochenstunden: Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden) * Beschäftigungsverhältnis: Befristeter Dienstvertrag (befristet bis 31.08.2027) * Eintrittsdatum: ab sofortAufgabenbeschreibung * Projektübergreifende Personaldisposition: Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung interner Mitarbeiter:innen sowie unseres externen Fachexpert:innen-Pools (Freelancer) über alle laufenden und kommenden Projekte des Vereins. * Netzwerkpflege & Erstkontakt: Recherche nach potenziellen neuen Fachexpert:innen für unser Projekt, erste freundliche Kontaktauframme und Organisation unserer Info-Termine zum Kennenlernen. * Logistikmanagement: Koordination der österreichweiten Reise- und Unterbringungslogistik für die unterschiedlichen Projektteams vor Ort. * Ausfallsmanagement: Professionelle und schnelle Abwicklung kurzfristiger Personalausfälle inklusive zeitnaher Nachbesetzung für sämtliche Initiativen. * Prozessführung & Weiterentwicklung: Laufende Pflege, digitale Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung aller projektübergreifenden Planungsprozesse in unserer <a href="http://coda.io" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">coda.io</a>-Umgebung.Anforderungsprofil * Berufserfahrung: Einschlägige Praxis in der Personaldisposition, Einsatzplanung oder Logistikkoordination (z.
