Ihr Job - kurz & knackig

Sie verantworten gemeinsam mit Ihren KollegInnen die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung aller österreichischen BKS Gesellschaften - korrekt, pünktlich, compliant

Sie pflegen Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten und behalten alles sauber im System

Korrekte Meldungen & Bescheinigungen an Finanzamt, Krankenkassen & Co.? Kein Problem!

Sie sind Anlaufstelle im Haus für Fragen zu Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

Teamplay mit Accounting steht an der Tagesordnung, zB bei der Berechnung von Personalrückstellungen und Budgetierung von Personalkosten

Sonderfälle sind Ihr Ding wie zB Alters- und Wiedereingliederungsteilzeit, Endabrechnungen oder Sonderzahlungen

Sie liefern Support beim Jahresabschluss, internen und externen Audits, gesetzlicher Berichterstattung und kleinen Prozess-Quick-Wins

Sie sind Teil unseres HR Digitalisierungsprojekts

Das bringen Sie mit

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit HR-/Finance-Bezug

Abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsausbildung, solide Arbeitsrechtskenntnisse

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung - Bonuspunkte für Banking/Finance

Fit in Lohnsteuer- & Sozialversicherungsrecht

Sicher im Umgang mit Excel - Sie punkten zusätzlich mit Kenntnissen in SAGE DPW

Freude an genauer und verantwortungsvoller Tätigkeit

Diskretion und Service-Mindset sind selbstverständlich
