Vergütung: ab 3.800,00 € mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung

Du verfügst über fundiertes technisches Know-how und möchtest dieses gezielt einsetzen, um Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln und komplexe Fragestellungen nachhaltig zu lösen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und übernimm eine zentrale Rolle im technischen Support.

Das erwartet dich

* Fachliche Verantwortung für den technischen Supportbereich

* Eigenständige Analyse und Lösung von Supportfällen inklusive der Koordination komplexer Themen mit Fachabteilungen

* Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des technischen Supportbereichs sowie Mitgestaltung effizienter Kommunikations- und Supportprozessen; Evaluierung und ggf. Einführung geeigneter Tools

* Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen

* Erstellung und Durchführung von Schulungen, Präsentationen, technischen Leitfäden und Produktinformationen bzw. Weiterentwicklung von Wissensmanagement und technischen Standards im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informationstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit entsprechender Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Support oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Funktion erforderlich

* Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, technische Problemstellungen strukturiert zu analysieren und nachhaltig zu lösen

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsgeschick sowie Freude daran, Themen voranzutreiben und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Netzwerkgrundlagen von Vorteil
