Wir suchen in Wien 1 Servicetechniker (m/w/d) für Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik (MSR)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Durchführung technischer Serviceleistungen im Haus sowie bei Kunden im In- und Ausland, einschließlich Konfiguration, Inbetriebnahme, Kalibrierung, Regelkreisoptimierung und Kundenschulungen

* Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rücksendungen

* Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen

* Technische Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich anlagen- und anwendungsspezifischer Anforderungen

* Verkauf und Vermarktung von Dienstleistungen

* Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten, beispielsweise bei Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen

* Verwaltung und Organisation des Ersatzteillagers

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungs-, Steuerungs- oder Informatikbereich) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Mess-, Steuer-, Energie- oder Betriebstechnik sowie Anlagen- und Verfahrenstechnik

* Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnik und digitalen Schnittstellen

* Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2)

* Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (min. B1)

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft (Österreich 90%, international 10%)

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsvermögen und analytische Fähigkeiten

Wir bieten Ihnen für die Position ein marktkonformes Bruttomonatsgehalt von € 2800-3500 brutto, je nach Qualifikation mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
