DEINE AUFGABEN

* Du bist Botschafter:in unserer Unternehmensphilosophie, trägst die Unternehmensvision authentisch mit und lebst unsere Werte.

* Der persönliche Kontakt zu Kund:innen und zu Deinem Team am Point of Sale erfüllt Dich täglich mit großer Freude.

* Du kennst die Wünsche unserer Kund:innen und setzt sie in Sortimentsgestaltung & Warenpräsentation um.

* Du führst dein Team mit Herz, Struktur und Hands-on-Mentalität.

* Dein unternehmerisches und selbständiges Denken und Handeln helfen Dir, die relevanten Kennzahlen zu verantworten. Dazu gehören unter anderem die täglichen Bestellungen und Abrechnungen, Retouren, Verkaufsprognosen und Kostenkontrolle Deines Standorts.

* Du kannst in deiner Arbeit Tätigkeiten priorisieren und deinem Team die Philosophie, Qualität und Dynamik von Joseph Brot vorleben und vermitteln.

* Du erstellst und verantwortest die laufende Dienstplanung und trägst damit zu einer effizienten Personalkostenplanung bei.

* Du bist für den gesamten reibungslosen Ablauf des Filialbetriebs für den Bereich Shop verantwortlich und auch erste Ansprechperson für Behörden und Ämter bei div. Kontrollen und Audits.

FACHLICHE UND PERSÖNLICHE ANFORDERUNGEN

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Verkauf & Teamführung - idealerweise im Premium- oder Lebensmittelbereich. Gastroerfahrung sind von Vorteil.

* Du hast die Fähigkeit Deinen Verantwortungsbereich zu strukturieren, zu optimieren und Du besitzt großes organisatorisches Talent.

* Du verstehst betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und bist es gewohnt, mit Zahlen zu arbeiten und Ergebnisse zu verantworten.

* Du hast eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und teilst dir Deine Zeit selbstständig ein. Es stört Dich nicht, auch mal an Wochenenden im Einsatz zu sein.

* In stressigen Phasen behältst Du stets den Überblick und kannst die richtigen Prioritäten setzen.

* Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

* Du bist sehr engagiert, zuverlässig, zielstrebig, selbstständig und gewissenhaft.
