The posting

In unserer Familien- und Männerberatung begleiten wir Menschen in persönlichen und familiären Krisen, bei Trennung und Scheidung sowie in schwierigen Beziehungssituationen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt der ausgeschriebenen Stelle liegt auf der Beratung von Männern und Vätern sowie auf der opferschutzorientierten Gewaltberatung. Dabei verbinden wir eine wertschätzende und ressourcenorientierte Haltung mit einer klaren Position gegen Gewalt.

Wir suchen ab Dezember 2026 eine Fachkraft für unsere Familien-, Paar- und Männerberatung in Eisenstadt. Die Caritas Burgenland stellt die Menschen mit ihren vielfältigen sozialen Bedürfnissen in den Mittelpunkt ihrer Arbeit. Unsere Aufgabe erfüllen wir mit Herz und Kompetenz. 1 Sozialarbeiter/in oder Psycholog(e)in Deine Aufgaben:

* Beratung und Begleitung von Männern und Vätern bei persönlichen Krisen, Trennung und Scheidung, familiären Konflikten sowie Fragen zu Partnerschaft, Vaterschaft und männlichen Rollenbildern

* Opferschutzorientierte Beratung von Personen, die Gewalt ausüben oder ausgeübt haben mit dem Ziel, Verantwortungsübernahme zu fördern und weitere Gewalt zu verhindern

* Paar- und Familienberatung bei Beziehungskonflikten und familiären Belastungen

* Krisenintervention und Unterstützung in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen

* Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung mit dem Gewaltschutzzentrum, NEUSTART, der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe sowie weiteren sozialen und psychosozialen Einrichtungen

* Kooperation mit anderen Beratungsangeboten der Caritas, insbesondere der Sozialberatung

* Dokumentation der Beratungen und Erfüllung der Berichtspflichten

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit (DSA, BA oder MA), Psychologie oder abgeschlossene Psychotherapieausbildung; alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Ehe-, Familien- und Lebensberatung

* Erfahrung in der psychosozialen Beratung, idealerweise in der Männer-, Paar- oder Familienberatung

* Kenntnisse oder Zusatzausbildung in der opferschutzorientierten Täterarbeit, Gewaltberatung oder Gewaltprävention bzw. die Bereitschaft zur entsprechenden Weiterbildung

* Systemische oder vergleichbare Zusatzqualifikation in der Paar- und Familienberatung von Vorteil

* Fähigkeit, auch in schwierigen und konflikthaften Beratungssituationen professionell und reflektiert zu handeln

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Einrichtungen

* Identifikation mit den Werten der Caritas

* Führerschein B

Unser Angebot:

* Zwei weitere Urlaubstage ab dem zweiten Dienstjahr (Basis 5 Tagewoche)

* Zusätzlich drei dienstfreie Tage pro Jahr: Karfreitag, 24. und 31. Dezember (ersatzfrei)

Kollektivvertrag der Caritas (VG V/1) € 2.731,00 auf Basis Vollbeschäftigung mit 37 Wochenstunden bei Lebens- und Sozialberater/innen oder (VG III/1) € 3.319,40 bei Sozialarbeiter/innen, Psycholog/innen und Psychotherapeut/innen und erhöht sich je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
