1 Speditionskaufmann_frau für Luft- und Seefracht Liebe Bewerber_innen, unser Partner ist eine erfolgreiche internationale Spedition mit Schwerpunkt Luft-, See- und Bahnfracht, die seit über 20 Jahren am Markt ist und weiter wächst. Nach dem Umzug in ein neues, großzügiges Büro im Wiener Hafen suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Speditionskaufleute zur Verstärkung des Seefracht-Teams.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Komplette Abwicklung von Seefrachtsendungen im Import und Export, inkl. Bahnfracht

* Container- und Seefrachtbuchungen bei Reedereien, Abrufe bei Partner_innen in Übersee

* Organisation von Abholung, Vorlauf zum Hafen, Nachlauf und Auslieferung

* Zollabwicklung im Import und Export

* Erstellung und Prüfung der Frachtdokumente

* Betreuung eines festen Stamms an Industrie- und Handelskund_innen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Lehre als Speditionskaufmann_frau

* Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Seefrachttransporten (Import/Export)

* Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Luftfracht von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an täglich neuen Herausforderungen

Entlohnung

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle beträgt € 3.000 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung bis ca. € 4.000 brutto pro Monat möglich.
