Wir suchen eine motivierte Persönlichkeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Schlüsselrolle treiben Sie die Themen Datenanalyse, KI sowie Automatisierung maßgeblich voran und heben das interne Reporting auf ein neues Level. Die Position richtet sich an Talente mit passender IT-Ausbildung und erster Praxiserfahrung ebenso wie an erfahrene Spezialisten.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Interne Beratung & Schnittstelle: Ansprechperson für die Fachbereiche bei Fragen zu Daten, Reporting, KI und Automatisierung - von der Idee bis zum Betrieb.

* Bedarfsanalyse & Konzeption: Analyse von Business-Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender datengetriebener Lösungen.

* Power BI & Reporting: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung moderner Reporting-Lösungen (Fokus Power BI).

* Projekte & KI-Initiativen: Planung, Steuerung und (Teil-)Projektleitung von Digitalisierungs-, Daten- und KI-Projekten.

* Plattformen & Potenziale: Mitgestaltung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Daten- und Automatisierungsplattformen.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Fundierte Basis: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung sowie technisches Grundverständnis.

* Fachliches Profil: Affinität zu Azure Cloud, Datenmanagement und Reporting (Power BI) sowie Verständnis für Prozesse, KI-Anwendungen und Automatisierungen.

* Arbeitsweise: Analytisch, strukturiert, eigeninitiativ und lösungsorientiert.

* Persönlichkeit: Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Lernbereitschaft, Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen sowie Teamfähigkeit.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
