Seit über 125 Jahren unterstützt der ÖAMTC seine Mitglieder:innen in ihrer Mobilität und hilft ihnen weiter, wenn es darauf ankommt. 1 Stützpunktleiter_in ÖAMTC Mittersill Dienstort: 5730 Mittersill Vollzeit Beginn: ab 01. Jänner 2027

Der neue ÖAMTC Stützpunkt Mittersill befindet sich derzeit im Bau und wird voraussichtlich im Herbst 2027 eröffnet. Schon heute suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeiter_innen, die diesen modernen Standort von Anfang an mitgestalten möchten. Als Stützpunktleiter_in gestalten Sie den neuen Standort Mittersill von Beginn an aktiv mit. Sie bauen ein leistungsstarkes Team auf und prägen die erfolgreiche Etablierung unserer vielfältigen ÖAMTC Leistungen in der Region. Werden Sie Teil einer starken Organisation und gestalten Sie die Zukunft des ÖAMTC im Pinzgau entscheidend mit.

Deine Aufgaben als Gelber Engel:

* Leitung des ÖAMTC-Stützpunktes in Mittersill in den Bereichen Technische Dienste, Pannenhilfe und Mitglieder_inservice

* Mitarbeiter_inführung inklusive Dienstplanerstellung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher interner und rechtlicher Vorgaben

* Kooperation mit dem/der Technische_n Leiter_in und der Geschäftsführung

* Teilnahme an Stützpunktleiterbesprechungen

* Mitarbeit im laufenden Betrieb

Das bringst du mit:

* KFZ-Meisterprüfung

* Fundierte KFZ-Berufserfahrung

* einschlägige Führungsverantwortung und Mitarbeiter_inführung

* Hohe Kommunikations- und Empathiefähigkeit

* Kaufmännisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Know-How

Persönliche Voraussetzungen:

* Dienstleistungsorientierung und hoher Qualitätsanspruch

* Starke soziale Kompetenz

* Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement

* Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken

Arbeitszeit:

Nach Absprache, Im Rahmen von Montag bis Freitag von 07:30 bis 17:00 Uhr und Samstag von 08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr

Unser Gehaltspaket für dich:

€ 4.100,00 bis €4.600,00,-- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Stunden)
