Unsere Fachklinik, im begrünten Bezirk Hietzing, ist eines der führenden Kompetenzzentren für Erkrankungen und Schmerzen des Bewegungsapparates.

Wir bieten ein umfassendes Spektrum an orthopädischen Leistungen an. Jährlich erfolgen über 11.000 Operationen und rund 19.000 Patient*innen werden stationär behandelt. Für unser Team Stationsassistenz* suchen wir aktuell Unterstützung. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 27 Stunden (Teilzeit) auf 4 Tage aufgeteilt. 1 Stationassistenz* für 27 Wochenstunden Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Abwicklung von Aufnahmen und Entlassungen der Patient*innen auf den Stationen

* Schreiben von medizinischen Befunden und Briefen nach Diktat

* Organisation von ambulanten Wiederbestellterminen, Krankentransporten, etc.

* Unterstützung des medizinischen und pflegerischen Teams auf der Station in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen

* Ansprechperson für Patient*innen während des Aufenthaltes auf der Station

* Vertretungstätigkeiten in anderen Bereichen der Patient*innenadministration

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Ausbildung zur medizinischen Verwaltungskraft vorteilhaft

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Verwaltungsbereich wünschenswert

* fundierte Deutsch- und Rechtschreibkenntnisse sowie Know-How in der medizinischen Fachterminologie

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorienterung und Empathie im Umgang mit unseren Patient*innen

* Selbständigkeit und Freude am eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten

* Vertrautheit mit MS-Office

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für die Dienstnehmer*innen der Ordensspitäler Österreichs mind. € 2.051,98 (Verwendungsgruppe D2, Stufe 1) bei 27 Wochenstunden.
