Stellenbeschreibung

Du bist der Topf zu unserem Deckel?

Dann gestalte das M in der Non Food Abteilung! Hier arbeitest du mit Produkten wie Gastro-Zubehör, Waschmittel und Büroartikel und sorgst dafür, dass deine Kundinnen und Kunden auch hinter den Kulissen perfekt ausgestattet sind. Darüber hinaus behältst du den Überblick über Waren, Abläufe und Kennzahlen.

Qualifikationen

Quereinsteigende, Karrierestartende und Profis willkommen!

Bei uns bist du gut aufgehoben, wenn du die Gastro liebst, Vorerfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich/ Non Food Bereich mitbringst und erste Führungserfahrung hast oder den nächsten Schritt machen möchtest. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig und jede weitere Sprache ist eine wertvolle Ergänzung! Wenn du Freude im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden, einen klaren Blick für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Lust auf gemeinsames Anpacken hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als stellvertretende Abteilungsleitung unterstützt du die Führungskraft im Arbeitsalltag, übernimmst Verantwortung für das Team und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren. Du motivierst deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen, gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran und übernimmst bei Abwesenheit die Leitung der Abteilung.

Zusätzliche Informationen

Dein Gehalt orientiert sich an deinen Qualifikationen. Du bekommst mindestens EUR 2.850,- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.
