Die Bühne Baden ist DAS Musiktheaterhaus des Landes Niederösterreich und bespielt die Spielstätten Stadttheater, Sommerarena und Max Reinhardt Foyer. Ein Ganzjahresspielplan bietet musikalisches Unterhaltungstheater mit einem umfassenden Angebot an Musiktheaterproduktionen, Konzerten und Kunst- und Kulturvermittlungsprogrammen.

Zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt ist die Position 1 Stellvertretende Leitung Facility Management (m/w/d) (Teilzeit, 20 Stunden) der TMB Theater und Museum Baden Kulturbetriebs GmbH, Teil der NÖKU Gruppe, neu zu besetzen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Stellvertretung der Leitung Facility Management in fachlichen und organisatorischen Belangen

* Organisation und Handwerk in einem: Sie beauftragen und koordinieren externe

Firmen und führen Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten auch teilweise selbst durch

* Planung und Koordination von Wartungs-, Prüf- und Instandhaltungsterminen sowie

Überwachung der gesetzlichen Prüfintervalle

* Beauftragung, Koordination und Kontrolle externer Firmen

* Laufende Dokumentation (Prüfbücher, Wartungsprotokolle, Mängellisten) mit digitalen

Tools

* Mitwirkung in den Bereichen Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit und Notfallorganisation

* Mitarbeit bei Beschaffung, Material- und Lagerverwaltung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Installations- und

Gebäudetechnik, Tischler oder Vergleichbares)

* Berufserfahrung im Facility Management bzw. in der Haustechnik

* Wünschenswert: sicherheitsrelevante Zusatzausbildungen, z. B.

Brandschutzbeauftragte:r, Sicherheitsvertrauensperson und Ersthelfer:in

* Führerschein der Klasse B, Klasse C wünschenswert

* Freude an der Kombination aus Organisation und Handwerk - Sie vergeben Aufträge

ebenso souverän, wie Sie selbst Hand anlegen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und

Teamfähigkeit

* Für diese Position bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag von € 1.313,97 (für 20 Wochenstunden; Basis Vollzeit: € 2.496,55). Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
