Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Stellvertretung Pflegedirektor_in (m/w/d)

auf Vollzeitbasis mit 37 Wochenstunden.

Anforderungsprofil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung der Diplom- und Gesundheitskrankenpflege (BSc, MSc oderULG für Pflegemanagement)

* Erfolgreich absolvierte Sonderausbildung für Führungsaufgaben gemäß § 65a i.V.m. § 17(6) GuKG

* Erfahrung im wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten sowie in der didaktischen Aufbereitung vonPflegetheorien und Fachinhalten

* Professionelles und reflektiertes Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Neuerungenproaktiv und konstruktiv in den Arbeitsalltag unserer Teams zu integrieren

* Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen sowie einsicheres Gespür für konstruktives Konfliktmanagement

* Versierter Umgang mit IT-Software sowie hohe Eigeninitiative bei der Nutzung modernerdigitaler Tools

* Reisebereitschaft für tageweise Dienstreisen zu unseren Standorten im Bundesland

Aufgabenbereich

* Fachliche und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung der mobilen und stationärenDienstleistungen im Bereich Pflege auf Basis konzeptioneller undpflegewissenschaftlicher Ausarbeitung

* Übergeordnete Fachaufsicht für definierte Bereiche sowie Stellvertretung derPflegedirektion ohne Personalverantwortung

* Sicherstellung effizienter und qualitätsvoller Dienstleistungen durch Erstellung,Aktualisierung und Überprüfung fachlicher Standards, Richtlinien undHandlungsanleitungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlicher Austausch mit den Führungskräften sowieberatende Unterstützung bei der operativen Umsetzung pflegerischer Standards

* Umfassende Begleitung und fachliche Betreuung der Pflegelehrlinge

* Repräsentation und fachliche Vertretung des Hilfswerk Salzburg nach innen und außengegenüber Gremien, Partnern sowie Verbänden und Medien

* Organisation und Durchführung von Fachveranstaltungen, Workshops und Fortbildungensowie Mitwirkung am jährlichen Bildungsprogramm

Gehaltsprofil

Die Anstellung erfolgt im Rahmen des Kollektivvertrages der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich in derVWG 8. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden) brutto EUR 4.050,30. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine individuelle Vergütung verhandelbar.
