Du setzt unsere Visual-Merchandising-Konzepte um und stellst sicher, dass unsere Verkaufsfläche den aktuellen JD Standards entspricht. * Du setzt die wöchentlichen Visual-Merchandising-Briefings und Vorgaben in deinem Store um und sorgst für eine verkaufsstarke Präsentation unserer Produkte * Du gestaltest Verkaufsflächen, Displays, Schaufenster und Mannequins passend zu aktuellen Kampagnen, Kollektionen und saisonalen Themen * Du sorgst für einen ansprechenden und inspirierenden Store-Look und hast dabei immer die Wirkung der Warenpräsentation auf unsere Kunden im Blick * Du stellst sicher, dass unsere JD Visual-Merchandising-Guidelines und Standards konsequent umgesetzt werden * Du entwickelst und kontrollierst die Umsetzung von Sonderaktionen und besonderen Warenpräsentationen im Store * Du arbeitest eng mit dem Store Management und deinem Team zusammen und unterstützt dabei, die Warenpräsentation kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln * Du schulst und unterstützt deine Teammitglieder bei der Umsetzung unserer Visual-Merchandising-Standards * Du beobachtest die Wirkung deiner Maßnahmen auf der Fläche und bringst eigene Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge ein * Du dokumentierst deine visuellen Aktivitäten und stimmst dich regelmäßig mit deinem Regional Merchandiser ab Das bringst Du mit:BE CREATIVE - du hast ein Gespür für Trends, Ästhetik und Produkte und weißt, wie man Ware aufmerksamkeitsstark in Szene setzt. * Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrung im Visual Merchandising, in der Warenpräsentation oder im Retail mit * Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Mode, Trends, Farben und Ästhetik und begeisterst dich für Fashion, Sneaker und Footwear * Du hast ein gutes Verständnis dafür, wie eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation das Einkaufserlebnis und die Kaufentscheidung beeinflusst * Du arbeitest strukturiert und detailorientiert und hast gleichzeitig Freude daran, kreativ zu arbeiten * Du bist hands-on, packst selbst mit an und hast Spaß daran, deine Ideen direkt auf der Verkaufsfläche umzusetzen * Du bist kommunikationsstark, offen und arbeitest gerne mit dem Store Management und deinem Team zusammen * Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest dich fachlich und persönlich weiterentwickeln * Du bist offen für neue Konzepte und Prozesse und kannst Vorgaben sicher umsetzen und gleichzeitig eigene Ideen einbringen Du hast Lust, unsere Produkte perfekt in Szene zu setzen, unsere Stores zum Leben zu erwecken und gemeinsam mit deinem Team ein einzigartiges JD-Erlebnis zu schaffen?
