We are currently looking for: 1 Strategic Procurement Manager Maintenance, Repair & Operations Europe (all gender) What you will enjoy doing

* Develop and execute the European procurement strategy for Maintenance, Repair & Operations

* Lead sourcing projects, supplier selections and contract negotiations with strategic partners

* Drive cost savings, standardization and value creation across ALPLA's European plant network

* Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations teams to improve plant reliability and asset performance

* Identify innovations in maintenance, digitalization and supplier solutions that create measurable business impact

What makes you great

* Several years of experience in MRO Procurement, Technical Procurement or Category Management within an industrial environment

* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

* Solid understanding of maintenance services, spare parts and industrial operations

* Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on approach

* Fluent English and willingness to travel within Europe
