Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

> Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Warengruppen- und Beschaffungsstrategien mit klarem Fokus auf Südosteuropa (u.a. Balkanstaaten, Rumänien, Bulgarien, Türkei, etc.)

> Systematischer Aufbau, Qualifizierung und strategische Entwicklung eines leistungsstarken Lieferantennetzwerks in der Zielregion

> Vorbereitung und eigenverantwortliche Führung von komplexen Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen bis hin zum Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen

> Durchführung von Marktanalysen, Benchmarks und Risikobewertungen zur Absicherung der Lieferketten

> Abwicklung des taktischen Beschaffungsprozesse (z. B. Bedarfserfassung und Terminverfolgung)

> Überwachung der Liefertermine, Mengen und Qualitäten in der Projektphase

Dein Profil

> Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Einkauf

> Erfahrung im taktischen und strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeld

> Berufserfahrung auf den Beschaffungsmärkten Südosteuropas (Verständnis der dortigen Geschäftskultur, rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Lieferantenstrukturen)

> Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sind Voraussetzung

> Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsstärke, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz im Umgang mit osteuropäischen Partnern

> Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen in die Zielregion (ca. 20%)
