Sie sind eine ambitionierte, organisierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit? Dann werden Sie als Supervisor Security (m/w/d) Teil unseres Teams!

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die operative Führung unseres Objektschutz-Teams und überzeugen durch Ihre ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Ihr unternehmerisches Denken. Dank Ihrer hohen Sozialkompetenz gelingt es Ihnen, Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zu motivieren, die Zusammenarbeit zu fördern und auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.

Wir wenden uns an Persönlichkeiten, die gerne Verantwortung übernehmen, eigenständig arbeiten und lösungsorientiert handeln. Als Supervisor im Objektschutz (m/w/d) fungieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Kunden und den ISS-Mitarbeitern (m/w/d) vor Ort und tragen maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs bei.

WOMIT SIE UNS BEGEISTERN KÖNNEN

* Branchen- und Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung (m/w/d)

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

* Führerschein der Klasse B, sowie eigener PKW von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Zeitliche Flexibilität

* Fachliche Leitung und Koordination des Objektschutzteams

* Ansprechperson für alle Kunden- & Mitarbeiteranfragen

* Mitarbeit bei der Personal- und Einsatzplanung

* Erfassung, Prüfung und Kontrolle der Zeitaufzeichnungen

* Beschaffung der notwendigen Ausrüstung

* Durchführung von Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Trainings

Der Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 2.800,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
