Als Expertin im Team Desktop Solution verantworten Sie Betriebssystemverteilung, Hardware-Integration, Client-Konzeption und die Security von Desktop-Systemen. So stellen Sie sichere und stabile Lösungen für die Arbeitsplätze der Stadt Wien sowie für Bürger*innenservices und den Spitalsbetrieb bereit * Sie übernehmen die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Verwaltung komplexer technischer Systeme im Bereich Windows OS & Security (OS-Deployment, OS-Härtung & Management mittels ConfigManager/Intune/Group Policy), Browser Edge/Chrome, Patchmanagement WSUS/Intune * Sie verantworten das Lifecycle Management der verantworteten Systeme Windows OS, Browser Edge/Chrome * Sie planen hinsichtlich Release/RollOut im Aufgabenbereich und stimmen sich mit betroffenen Verantwortlichen im Bereich der Serviceverantwortungen Arbeitsplatz und Browser Edge/Chrome ab * Sie verantworten die Analyse und technische Umsetzung von Anforderungen und IT-Systemen mittels PowerShell, ConfigManager, Sysinternals, Intune, GPO * Sie analysieren Abläufe und Schnittstellen sowie deren Optimierung und Automatisierung für das OS Deployment, Windows Security und Browser Edge/Chrome mittels PowerShell, ConfigManager, Intune, GPOIhr Profil * Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IKT-Systemen * Sie bringen ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Technologietrends (Modern Desktop/Security/Windows/Intune) mit * Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Betriebssystem Windows, Browser & Security (Härtung und Patchmanagement) * Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Deploymentsystemen (ConfigManager, MS Intune) sowie Active Directory und EntraID * Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Client-Serverkommunikation/Netzwerk/Firewall * Sie können gute Deutschkenntnisse vorweisen (zumindest Level B2) * Sie sind entscheidungsfreudig, überzeugen durch Ihr sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen * Sie achten auf Genauigkeit und es liegt Ihnen, bei parallelen Aufträgen den Überblick zu behaltenBitte beachten Sie die <a href="https://www.wien.gv.at/pdf/ma01/zugangsvoraussetzungen-ikt-engineering-senior.pdf" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.wien.gv.at/pdf/ma01/zugangsvoraussetzungen-ikt-engineering-senior.pdf</a> für diese Position.Unser Angebot * Ihr Vertragsverhältnis basiert auf dem Wiener Bediensteten-Gesetz * Flexible Arbeitszeiten (ohne Kernarbeitszeit) * Möglichkeit, mobil zu arbeiten (im Ausmaß bis zu 60%) * Möglichkeit zur Verrechnung von Überstunden oder Konsumation von Zeitausgleich * Umfangreiches Ausbildungsangebot sowie Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten in vielfältige Aufgabenbereiche innerhalb von Wien Digital * Umfassendes Gesundheitsprogramm: z.B. jährliche Gesundenuntersuchung, Betriebsärztin, KFA-versichertFrühester Start: Februar 2027Wir bieten ein Einstiegsgehalt von 4.723,42- Euro brutto monatlich (40 Wochenstunden, 14x jährlich).
