Wir sind ein gemeinnütziger Verein und unterstützen seit über 40 Jahren Eltern in der individuellen und familiennahen Kinderbetreuung - zu Hause, in Betrieben, in Gemeinden und in der Krabbelstube. Unsere Mitarbeiter/innen sind in den Regionen Bad Ischl, Freistadt, Kirchdorf, Linz, Perg, Steyr und Vöcklabruck vor Ort.

Wir suchen für unsere Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung 1 Tagesmutter/-vater bzw. pädagogische Fachkraft

(eventuell mit leitender Funktion) für eine Kleinkindgruppe (unter 3 Jahren) in Vöcklabruck

Ausmaß: 25 bis 30 Wochenstunden

Arbeitsort: Vöcklabruck

Arbeitsbeginn: nach Vereinbarung

Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als fachlich qualifizierte/r Tagesmutter/-vater oder

abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Elementar- bzw. Kleinkindpädagog:in

- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im pädagogischen Bereich

- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern unter 3 Jahren von Vorteil

- Physische und psychische Eignung

- Erste Hilfe Grundkurs sowie Kindernotfallkurs (nicht älter als 4 Jahre!)

- Einwandfreier Leumund

- Freude, Geduld und einfühlsamer Umgang mit Kindern

- Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Wir bieten:

- Anrechnung von einschlägigen Vordienstzeiten

- Vollzeit bedeutet bei uns 38 Wochenstunden

- Supervisionen durch ausgebildete Fachkräfte

Bezahlung nach dem Mindestlohntarif 2026 für Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer in privaten Kinderbildungseinrichtungen und privaten Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen. Das Bruttomonatsgehalt bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt im 1. Berufsjahr für Tageseltern € 2.450,40 und für Pädagoginnen bzw. Pädagogen € 3.063,00.
