Standort: Med Campus

Vollzeit, Dauerverwendung

Aufgabeninhalte:

* Erstellung und Kontrolle von Dienstplänen, Einteilung der Dienstzeiten

und Reinigungsgruppen sowie Erhebung des Personalbedarfs

* Erstellung, Führung und Kontrolle von Leistungsverzeichnissen

* eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung des Reinigungsmateriallagers (inklusive

Bestellwesen und Materialausgabe)

* Anwendung und Überwachung des Qualitätssicherungssystems sowie

Kontrolle der Reinigungsergebnisse

* Durchführung von Mitarbeiter- und Vorstellungsgesprächen

Voraussetzungen:

* Ausbildung als Reinigungstechnikerin/Reinigungstechniker (vorm.

"Denkmal-, Fassaden- und Gebäudereinigung"), sowie Meisterprüfung für Denkmal-, Fassaden- und

Gebäudereinigung bzw. die Bereitschaft diese innerhalb von 3 Jahren

abzulegen

* mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt im Krankenhaus oder

Gesundheitswesen

* sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere ein sicherer Umgang mit MSOffice

* hohes Organisationstalent, Engagement sowie eine strukturierte und

* selbständige Arbeitsweise

* ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit,

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit

* sehr gute Umgangsformen, Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden

* sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität

* Bereitschaft zu Mehrdienstleistungen sowie zur kontinuierlichen

Weiterbildung und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
