Für unseren Auftraggeber, einen kompetenten Partner für den Bereich Lebensmittellogistik suchen wir zum ehest möglichen Eintritt eine_n engagierte_n Teamleiter_in Lademittelverwaltung in Seekirchen und Sattledt. 1 Teamleiter_in Lademittelverwaltung

DEINE AUFGABEN

* An den Standorten Seekirchen und Sattledt übernimmst du die fachliche Führung und Unterstützung deines Teams.

* Für die Verfügbarkeit der benötigten Lademittel sorgst du zuverlässig.

* Die täglichen Aufgaben und Abläufe koordinierst du eigenständig.

* Als Ansprechperson stehst du Kund_innen und Lieferant_innen zur Verfügung.

* Bestehende Prozesse behältst du im Blick und entwickelst diese laufend weiter.

* Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen koordinierst du professionell.

* Regelmäßige Reportings und Abstimmungen mit der Führungsebene gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.

* Auf die Einhaltung interner Vorgaben und gesetzlicher Bestimmungen achtest du genau.

DEIN PROFIL

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ist Voraussetzung für diese Position.

* Idealerweise bringst du Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Logistikbereich mit.

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung oder Teamkoordination ist von Vorteil.

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Genauigkeit zeichnen dich aus.

* Mit deiner ausgeprägten Zahlenaffinität behältst du den Überblick.

* Vernetztes Denken und betriebswirtschaftliches Handeln gehören zu deinen Stärken.

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse bringst du mit.

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.

* Kundenorientierung, Hausverstand und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität runden dein Profil ab.
