Sie leben in kleinen, eigenständigen Wohneinheiten rund um einen zentralen Stützpunkt und werden dort individuell, alltagsnah und beziehungsorientiert begleitet. Als Teamleitung übernimmst Du eine zentrale ... 1 Teamleitung für ein innovatives Setting im Bereich Kind, Jugend und Familie voraussichtlich Jänner 2027 Klagenfurt, Kärnten Teil- und Vollzeit möglichDeine Führungsaufgabe bei uns * Fachliche, wirtschaftliche und personelle Leitung der Einrichtung mit derzeit 9 Mitarbeiter:innen * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Konzepts * Verantwortung für Teamstruktur, Dienstplangestaltung, Arbeitsprozesse, Qualitätssicherung und Budget * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und fachlicher Qualitätsstandards * Moderation von Teambesprechungen und Begleitung interner Entwicklungsprozesse * Aktive Mitarbeit in der pädagogischen Begleitung der Jugendlichen * Unterstützung und fachliche Begleitung Deiner Mitarbeiter:innen in Krisen- und herausfordernden Situationen * Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Regional- und Fachbereichsleitung * Aktive Vernetzung im Sozialraum und Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Netzwerkpartner:innen Das bringst Du mit * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik, Sozialer Arbeit, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kinder-und Jugendhilfe - idealerweise schon erste Führungserfahrungen * Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Entscheidungen zu treffen und ein Team zu entwickeln * Interesse an Traumapädagogik, bindungsgeleitetem Arbeiten, Neuer Autorität, systemischer Arbeit und Sozialraumorientierung * Eine wertschätzende, klare und lösungsorientierte Haltung * Erste-Hilfe-Grundkurs und/oder aktueller Auffrischungskurs, wenn der Grundkurs länger als vier Jahre zurückliegt (kann nachgereicht werden) * Führerschein B Warum Du zu uns kommen solltest * Du übernimmst Verantwortung, die Wirkung zeigt: Mit Deiner Führung prägst Du die pädagogische Qualität und die Entwicklung des Haus 45 entscheidend mit. * Gestaltungsspielraum: Du kannst Deine Ideen einbringen und die pädagogische Ausrichtung aktiv weiterentwickeln * Nah dran: Trotz Deiner Führungsverantwortung bleibst Du in der direkten Arbeit mit den Jugendlichen * Innovatives Setting: Kleine Wohneinheiten, flexible Betreuung und ein konsequent alltagsnaher Ansatz * Starkes Team: Du arbeitest mit engagierten Kolleg:innen und bist Teil eines unterstützenden fachlichen Netzwerks * Fachliche Entwicklung: Supervision, Fort- und Weiterbildungen * Faire Bezahlung ab € 3.970,35 brutto (auf Basis Vollzeit, Kollektivvertrag der Diakonie Österreich, inkl. Leitungszulagen). Vordienstzeiten werden laut Kollektivvertrag angerechnet. Die Position ist voraussichtlich ab Jänner im Rahmen einer Karenzvertretung zu besetzen. Das Beschäftigungsausmaß ist flexibel - Teilzeit oder Vollzeit ab 18,5 Stunden pro Woche ist möglich.
