Wir erweitern unser Team und besetzen aktuell folgende Position: 1 Teammitglied Frontoffice (m/w/d) Das zeichnet den Job aus

* Frontoffice an der Rezeption

* Professioneller und herzlicher Empfang unserer Gäste, Check-in der Gäste und Check-out der Gäste

* Zentraler Ansprechpartner_in für alle Gästewünsche

* Fachkompetente Annahme und Bearbeitung von Zimmerreservierungen

* Gewissenhafte Kassenführung und korrekte Umsatzerfassung

* Betreuung des Buchungssystems

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Berufserfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position (Hotellerie/Rezeption)

* Hotel Programm MEWS von Vorteil

* abteilungsübergreifende Hands-on-Mentalität

* Flexibilität, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise & Serviceorientierung

* selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Aufgeschlossenheit, Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und guter Umgang mit Stresssituationen

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein herzliches, positives Auftreten

* kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

Arbeitszeit:

* 5 Tage/Woche, Voll- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung, 20-40 Wochenstunden, keine Nachdienste,

Dienstzeiten: Montags bis Sonntags im Wechseldienst:

Dienst 1: 07:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr

Dienst 2: 15:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr

1140 Wien

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von € 2.800,00 auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung für uns selbstverständlich!
