1 Technisch-kaufmännische_r Mitarbeiter_in Innendienst / Auftragsabwicklung Unser Partner ist ein österreichischer Standort einer internationalen Technologiegruppe im Bereich Hochdrucktechnik, tätig in Auftragsabwicklung, technischem Vertriebsinnendienst und Kundenbetreuung für Österreich und Osteuropa. Zukunftsthema Wasserstoff, ein internationales Umfeld und ein familiäres kleines Team machen die Position besonders attraktiv.

Gesucht wird eine technisch-kaufmännische Allround-Persönlichkeit für den Innendienst.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden/Woche, oder Teilzeit ab 24 Stunden (3 Tage) möglich; Montag bis Donnerstag 07:30 bis 16:00 Uhr, Freitag 07:30 bis 14:30 Uhr

Vergütung: bis zu € 4.000 brutto/Monat

Start: nach Vereinbarung

Deine Aufgaben

* Kaufmännische und technische Auftragsabwicklung

* Angebotserstellung

* Kundenkommunikation für Österreich und Osteuropa

* ERP-Stammdatenpflege

* Unterstützung im technischen Vertrieb

* Terminkoordination

* Abstimmung mit Produktion und Stammhaus in Deutschland

Dein Profil

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse mind. B2 (ca. 50 % der Kommunikation auf Englisch)

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik) bzw. kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung (HAK, Industriekaufmann/-frau)

* Alternativ: abgeschlossene Lehre als Metalltechniker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder Schlosser:in, oder technische:r Zeichner:in bzw. Konstrukteur:in mit kaufmännischem Interesse

* Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung bzw. technischem Innendienst

* Von Vorteil: ERP-, Warenwirtschafts- und CRM-Kenntnisse
