Deine Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt unsere Sparten- und Projektleitung im operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft

* Als Schnittstelle zwischen Büro und Baustelle koordinierst Du Termine und Abstimmungen

* Du stehst im engen Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Montageteams

* Die Pflege von Daten, Listen und Projektdokumentationen gehört zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich

* Zudem sorgst Du mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise für reibungslose Abläufe

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Fachschule, o. Ä.)

* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im administrativen oder technischen Bereich

* Deutschkenntnisse zur sehr guten Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift

* Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen sowie ERP-/SAP-Systemen wünschenswert

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 2.528,04 (bei einer Vollzeitanstellung von 40 Std/Woche) - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend Deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
