Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Sattledt suchen wir 1 Technische_r Einkäufer_in Du möchtest technische Innovationen aktiv mitgestalten und bist bereit, Verantwortung in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu übernehmen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns im Direct Procurement als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Fertigung und Lieferanten.

Deine Aufgaben:

Als technische/-r Einkäufer/-in übernimmst du vielfältige und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeiten - mit Fokus auf elektronische und elektromechanische Bauteile (z. B. Halbleiterkomponenten, Trafos, Drosseln und Verbindungstechnik):

* Interdisziplinäre Teamarbeit in der Produktentstehung (R&D, Fertigung und Qualitätsmanagement)

* Lieferantenauswahl, -bewertung und -qualifikation inkl. Durchführung von Audits

* Analyse und Beobachtung relevanter Beschaffungsmärkte

* Umsetzung der Warengruppenstrategie

* Erstellung von Anfragen, Ausschreibungen und Preisvergleiche

* Durchführung und Abschluss von Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen

* Vertragsgestaltung in enger Abstimmung mit unserer Rechtsabteilung

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, FH, TU) mit kaufmännischem Verständnis

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von Vorteil

* Selbstsicheres und offenes Auftreten

* Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise

* Analytisches Denken gepaart mit Eigenverantwortung

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Reisebereitschaft für Lieferanten- und Messebesuche

Unsere Löhne und Gehälter liegen über dem Kollektivvertrag (KV) der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Die KV-Mindestwerte betragen zwischen € 3.888,53 und € 4.993,21 - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Höhe hängt von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
