Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Technische Beratung von Kunden und Vertriebspartnern per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Support

* Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen, Störungen, Reklamationen und Anwendungsprobleme

* Unterstützung bei Produktauswahl, technischer Auslegung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Fehlerbehebung

* Vollständige Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der Supportfälle bis zur erfolgreichen Lösung

* Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Qualität, Entwicklung, Produktion, Logistik und Service

Die besten Voraussetzungen für Ihren Erfolg

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Elektromechanik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik, sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis für elektrische Steuerungen, Antriebe, Sensoren und technische Schaltpläne

* Eine strukturierte und analytische Herangehensweise an Problemstellungen

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung, sowie eine klare und verständliche Kommunikation
