ZIB Training ist ein etabliertes privates Bildungsinstitut, das seit über 20 Jahren Schulungen, Kurse und Beratungen anbietet. Im Auftrag der öffentlichen Hand unterstützen wir Menschen in Wien, Niederösterreich und dem Burgenland dabei, die Herausforderungen der modernen Arbeitswelt zu meistern. Bringen wir gemeinsam Zukunft in Bewegung!

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Eisenstadt in Teilzeit (ca. 22 Stunden pro Woche) ab sofort 1 Trainer_in für arbeitsmarktpolitische Projekte Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Durchführung von Basisbildungs- und Berufsorientierungskursen und/oder ÖIF-Deutschkursen

* Projektadministration

* Information, Clearing sowie arbeitsmarktpolitische Beratung

* Integration der Kursteilnehmer_innen am Arbeitsmarkt

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium

* Trainer_innen- bzw. Coaching-Ausbildung (mind. 100 Stunden)

* Aktuelles Gender Mainstreaming Zertifikat sowie Diversity Management Zertifikat (24 Std.)

* ÖIF-Bestätigung zur Abhaltung von Integrationskursen

* Fortbildung im Bereich Kompetenzorientierung

* Erfahrung im Coaching oder Training in der Erwachsenenbildung

* Erfahrung in Frauenprojekten von Vorteil

* Höchstmaß an sozialer Kompetenz

* Dienstleistungs- und kund_innenorientiertes Auftreten
